How do I pay?
On the web, by card via Stripe (hosted, secure payment). On iOS and Android, by in-app purchase through the App Store or Google Play. The price is the same everywhere and is charged at the start of each period: every week on the Weekly plan, every month on the Monthly plan. If you have never had a paid subscription, your first week or first month costs €0.99, once only; after that, the regular price applies.
Can I cancel whenever I like?
Yes, with no commitment and no reason needed. Subscription taken out on the web: from your profile, via the Stripe portal. Subscription taken out on mobile: from your app store's subscription settings, at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
What happens after cancellation?
You keep access to your plan until the end of the period already paid for. Your account then goes back to Freemium without losing your data.
Can I switch from weekly to monthly, or the other way round?
Yes, from your profile (web) or your app store's subscription settings (mobile). The change takes effect on your next renewal date: you keep the period already paid for until it ends, with no pro-rata and no double charge, then the new plan applies at its regular price. The welcome offer does not apply a second time.
Do I have a right of withdrawal?
Access to the digital content is immediate: by subscribing, you request immediate performance and expressly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). On mobile, the App Store and Google Play refund policies apply. You remain free to cancel at any time for the following period.
Does Pronext take my stakes?
No. Pronext is not a betting operator: no stake can be placed in the app and no money is committed beyond the subscription. You only pay for access to the analyses.
Do the plans promise winnings?
No. No plan guarantees any result. Gambling involves risks and the app is restricted to users aged 18 and over.
